Azwel lies where he's put, but at least his breathing is calm and he watches them with half-open eyes.

The researcher, however, has, indeed, read Vash's file. And Azwel's. She pauses at the door. "The collar will be deactivated in three and a half hours. This will give us time to compile the data and clear the facility of any valuable components."

They really read those files.

She opens the door, steps through, and locks it behind her. There's a small silence.
