They are very touchable ears, the fur soft and fluffy, and Azwel's fingers rub and scratch lightly behind them, right at that little corner, more out of habit than anything else. Having lived with actual felines for years will do that.
The purring rumbles right into his chest and he gives a contented sigh. They say listening to purring gives one a sense of well-being and he certainly believes it now.
