"Mm, well, I can't quite entirely lay claim to it," he murmurs, strolling forward. "I've updated a few things here and there, but this design is my father's. He spent years building it, so many years that I was able to assist him in its completion." He walks past Felih to a structure very like a podium and looks fondly down at it for a moment. This structure turns out to hold a control panel.

"As to the power source, well, it does this." He pulls a lever and then turns a wheel and the entire structure of the telescope starts to tilt with a thunderous sound of turning gears, changing the angle of its lenses until it points almost vertically. Interestingly, the eyepiece array and seat shift and turn as well.

Azwel grins. "This is just one example, but it's my favourite."
