Vash's reaction to the feather piques his curiosity, and he seriously ponders asking. But he's too sleepy and he doesn't think he'd get any kind of straight answer. He curls his arms loosely around Vash. "Exactly," he murmurs slowly, softly. "Let's just rest. Stay in this moment with me, yes? Just for a while..."
It won't be long before he falls asleep, at this rate.
